  21. ANYWAYS... with dump on no cid is enabled i guess you couldnt get any
  22. long distance callers on your bbs calling from california for the
  23. last 6-8 years, what a shame to rule out the millions of people in 
  24. the entire state of california from calling your bbs.

  27. happen to them if they decided to dump all users calling long distance
  28. from the state of california, heh

  30. since then california is offering cid but thats not officially gunna start
  31. till june of this year, i believe. and most people are probably gunna
  32. order full time blocking anyway, so there hafto use some * code to 
  33. unblock it to call you. what a big inconvience
