- ANYWAYS... with dump on no cid is enabled i guess you couldnt get any
- long distance callers on your bbs calling from california for the
- last 6-8 years, what a shame to rule out the millions of people in
- the entire state of california from calling your bbs.

- since then california is offering cid but thats not officially gunna start
- till june of this year, i believe. and most people are probably gunna
- order full time blocking anyway, so there hafto use some * code to
- unblock it to call you. what a big inconvience
